原版Tonebender系列踏板使用了兩顆未標示的TO-1封裝晶體管。原始的電路圖並未提供太多幫助，但經過細心檢視，EarthQuaker Devices的工程師選用了特殊的NOS鍺晶體管來重現這一音色。
